Carnival of Ink welcomes a variety of vendors who support the tattoo industry, lifestyle culture, and creative community. Our vendor marketplace is an important part of the convention experience, offering attendees access to unique products, services, and brands.
Vendor Opportunities
We invite vendors from a wide range of industries, including but not limited to:

- Aftercare and skincare products
- Apparel and clothing brands
- Art and print vendors
- Jewelry and accessories
- Lifestyle and culture brands
- Specialty and novelty vendors
Vendor Applications
All vendors must apply for booth space prior to the event. Applications are reviewed based on availability, product relevance, and overall fit for the convention.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Booth Space
Approved vendors are assigned booth space based on event layout and availability. Booth spaces must be used within the designated area and set up according to event and venue guidelines.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and lawful products and services
- Maintaining a clean and professional booth space
- Complying with all venue rules and local regulations
- Ensuring safe and appropriate product displays
- Conducting themselves professionally throughout the event
Event Experience

Vendors play a key role in enhancing the overall convention experience.
Setup and Breakdown
Detailed setup and breakdown times, load-in instructions, and event logistics will be provided to approved vendors prior to the event.
