Where You'll Help

Door & Admission

Greet attendees, scan tickets, and manage entry flow at the front of house.

Artist Check-In

Help artists get registered, badged, and set up at their booths before the show opens.

Vendor Assistance

Support vendors with load-in, setup, and general needs throughout the event.

Stage & Entertainment

Assist with stage setup, crowd management, and live entertainment coordination.

General Floor Support

Roving support across the show floor — answering questions, directing traffic, and keeping things running smoothly.

Photography & Media

Capture the energy of the show. Must have your own equipment and a portfolio to share.

Admission & Hours

Admission is $20.00 for a 1-day pass or $50.00 for a 3-day pass. Children 12 and under can enter for free, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
